As a Senior Market Development your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight into partnerships, distribution, emerging technologies, Loyalty to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads high-impact projects, influences executive decisions, and mentors’ others. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term strategies to drive market growth, penetration, and achieve business objectives, including initiatives for new and existing products, services, and verticals. Program and Project Management: Lead the design, implementation, and analytics of strategic initiatives and programs—including launch, communication, and measurement plans at national and market levels—to ensure successful alignment with business needs. Partnership, Alliance & Distribution Growth: Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiate terms, and drive expanded distribution channels to enhance market presence, accelerate revenue, and achieve mutual objectives. Actively seek and develop new distribution avenues to fuel scale and reach. Digital Transformation: Champion digital transformation projects across growth and go-to-market strategies, leveraging advanced technologies, platforms, and digital tools to drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and innovative business models. Loyalty Program Development: Design and launch loyalty strategies and programs that increase customer retention, lifetime value, and engagement, working cross-functionally to integrate loyalty into both direct and partner distribution channels. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize programs, forecast trends, and maintain a competitive edge. Compliance and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, technical, and external partners to drive execution, innovation, and continuous improvement.
