Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or a related role.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience with quality control principles and practices.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
Computer literacy.
Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components
Experience leading a team of technicians.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with Erowha robotics.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain machining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce precise components.
Please perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to make sure they comply with specifications.
Perform complex assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes.
