We're seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven technician to lead prototype development, process improvements, and tooling design. Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical/electronics technology
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with CNC and manual machining experience
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM (SolidWorks, FeatureCAM preferred)
  • Strong skills in process development, fixture design, and blueprint reading
  • Experience with inspection tools and statistical process control (SPC, DOE a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Design and fabricate prototypes, tooling, and fixtures using manual and CNC equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes
  • Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and update CAD models and drawings (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Assist with equipment repair and process documentation
  • Partner with supply chain to support design changes and supplier development
