About The Position
The Senior Manufacturing Manager at Alloy Surfaces Company, Inc. is responsible for leading production operations at the Chemring Countermeasures USA site in Aston, PA. This role requires a seasoned leader who can effectively motivate teams while ensuring safety, performance, and accountability. The manager will drive the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), production rates, and quality objectives to fulfill customer requirements and financial goals, while also collaborating with technical staff to enhance efficiency and throughput using Six Sigma methodologies.
