About The Position

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency across operations. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept to implementation. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Develop and update standard work and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance. Apply Lean problem-solving techniques to identify and eliminate waste. Lead cross-functional projects , coordinating with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams. Utilize Inventor or AutoCAD to design layouts, tooling, and process improvements. Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the plant. Support ergonomic and safety initiatives to create a sustainable work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR minimum 5 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering role .
  • Proficiency in Inventor or AutoCAD for design and layout work.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving tools.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Experience creating and updating standard work and work instructions .
  • Self-motivated , detail-oriented, and passionate about driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
