Senior Manufacturing Engineer
About The Position
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer leads complex process development and continuous improvement initiatives across Acme's electronics and battery product lines. This role works closely with production operators to optimize and validate manufacturing process improvements that drive enhanced product quality, manufacturing safety and productivity savings. It collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and the broader operations team to implement robust solutions and support new product introductions. This is a highly visible position with opportunities for significant growth and career advancement within Acme and across TransDigm. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer also provides technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ensure best practices in manufacturing excellence.
