Industrial Motion Control is looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and operate daily out of the Searcy, AR facility. Relocation support is available. Support for work authorization cannot be provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution
• Possess a minimum of three (3) years of impactful manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with key areas in the business
• Experience developing and executing effective manufacturing solutions

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PLC programing, electronic test equipment or Microsoft Project is preferred

• You will use your analytical skills to build compelling cases for new tools, technologies, and capital investments that will keep us on the cutting edge. And you will take ownership of key projects from start to finish, managing changes and growth initiatives that will shape the future of our facility.
