The Opportunity As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats. This position works out of our Minnetonka, MN location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. We are seeking a high caliber, motivated, self-driven leader to join our manufacturing engineering team where delivery catheter systems are manufactured as part of Abbott’s Cardiac Rhythm Management business unit. Individuals in this role will work on manufacturing sustaining products as well as new product launches. They will be supporting the operations team as a front-line engineer working with assemblers and troubleshooting equipment and process issues. Additionally, this position will manage projects aimed towards designing and developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality.
