About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on driving improvements in quality, productivity, and cost through the application of engineering and manufacturing technology.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in process improvement, equipment design, and project leadership.
• Exposure to extrusion, hydraulic presses, or metal forming processes is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI).
• Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office Suite).
• Strong teamwork orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
• Design and develop manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling to meet product and delivery requirements.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) efforts from concept through production launch.
• Identify and implement new technologies to enhance operations.
• Provide technical support to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and update engineering documentation, standards, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Support continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives across the plant.
