About The Position

Requirements

• 7 years of manufacturing experience relevant to the role.
• Experience with Ladder Logic Programming (PLC's), preferably Allen Bradley.
• Ability to collect and analyze time studies and capacity analysis.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a factory.
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills using methods like 6 sigma or RedX.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with fabricating parts, devices, fixtures, and structures using machinery and welding equipment.
• Ability to read and execute plans through CAD drawings or OEM instructions.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to support site targets and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Complete projects requiring a multi-disciplinary skill set with minimal supervision.
