Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Fabrication Technology who will lead and guide our manufacturing processes to meet/exceed customer expectations & achieve strategic and aspirational growth plans while following our values & guiding principles. Under the direction of the enterprise Manufacturing Engineering Leader, the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and evaluating new processes and improving current process capability, efficiency, and overall productivity in fabrications manufacturing on new and existing products. In addition, the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer designs and develops projects connected with manufacturing equipment and processes including tools, jigs, and special equipment that achieves the desired production rates and quality standards as well as support value stream production cells to achieve desired SQDIC metrics, capacity, quality & productivity improvements.
