Kohler Co. seeks Senior Managers – Enterprise Strategy for its Kohler, WI location to lead enterprise strategy, consisting of working with C-Suite and leadership team members on defining enterprise strategy and working with leaders within the business units on strategy deployment and strategic planning. Contribute to long-term (5-year) enterprise strategic plan translated into a short-list of strategic priorities and support – in form of a leading or support role, to the implementation of the strategic priorities to drive mission to enhance the level of gracious living for all people touched by our products and services. Facilitate annual enterprise strategic planning process; integrate (financial and human) resource allocation and budget processes into strategic planning. Facilitate Kohler Leadership Team discussions as part of the strategic planning process, including setting Kohler Co. Strategy together with Leadership. Coordinate the development of (market, industry, customer, consumer, competitive) trend analysis to enable discussion of future opportunities and risks. Assess market trends and gather internal and external information to shape enterprise strategic vision and future roadmap; facilitate decision making by leading strategic presentations, discussions, and workshops. Support Kohler’s and Executive Leadership Teams by setting strategic agenda and facilitating effective decision making. Provide thought leadership, connecting economic, industry, competitive, customer, and consumer trends for the Kohler Leadership Team and business leaders. Drive strategy development projects with significant revenue ($100M+) and/ or cost ($10Ms) opportunities, focusing on long-term strategic decision making based on external trends (opportunities) and internal capabilities. Identify the capabilities needed to meet current and emerging business needs, based on developed strategies. Drive company-wide transformation programs, including program design and strategy, aimed at taking cost out of the company P&L, and achieve target vertical ratios. Conduct financial / P&L analysis to identify targets, and support C-Suite leadership in defining workstreams and projects, and setting up teams aimed at delivering identified P&L targets. Lead regular problem solving with leadership to facilitate decision making and provide thought leadership. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations, Engineering (any) or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a similar occupation in the management consulting or consumer industry. Must report to / work from HQ four days per week; work from home permitted anywhere in U.S. one day per week. 10% Domestic & International travel required.
