About The Position

Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies. Pantheon Data is seeking a Senior Manager to assist the Program Manager of the In-Service Vessel Sustainment (ISVS) multiple-project Portfolio. ISVS is the Coast Guard's strategic class-by-class evaluation of its vessels to determine what major maintenance and upgrades are necessary for them to reach or extend their service lives. ISVS work can be classified as service life extension programs, major maintenance availabilities (MMAs) or mission effectiveness projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or 10 years of experience may be substituted for advanced degree
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the US Coast Guard, Navy, or other DoD program supporting an acquisition focus.
• An engineering background in electrical, mechanical, or other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Organize integrated product team meetings, set schedule, scope and funding priorities for the project team, assist with management of program budget.
• Communicate with program stakeholders to determine and validate requirements.
• Support Program Manager with document updates, meeting coordination, and financial package processing.
• Leverage experience with test and evaluation, system engineering, and life-cycle logistics matters.
• Act as program POC for Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I) and Navy-Type Navy Owned matters within each of the ISVS projects.
