As Senior Manager, you'll run day-to-day operations at one of our high-volume car wash locations, lead and develop a team, and prepare for advancement into a General Manager position. You'll be responsible for safety, service quality, team performance, and operational execution. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience (retail, car wash, or service environment)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills - you know how to coach, hold people accountable, and build team culture
  • Ability to make sound decisions and lead operations independently
  • Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and performing physical tasks
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedules as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Car wash experience
  • Familiarity with POS systems or tunnel operations
  • Proven ability to train and develop team members

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Manager on Duty, maintaining full control of site operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure efficiency, safety, and service standards are consistently met
  • Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and escalate maintenance needs
  • Execute staffing plans and ensure proper shift coverage
  • Own all site-level safety programs and maintain a strong safety culture
  • Conduct audits, reinforce safe work practices, and ensure corrective actions are completed
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and support incident reporting
  • Train and onboard new team members to ensure they're set up for success
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and engagement
  • Partner with the General Manager on accountability, culture, and disciplinary actions when needed
  • Maintain strong lot presence to monitor quality and engage with customers
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure site appearance meets brand standards
  • Support membership sales initiatives and reinforce service expectations across the team
  • Partner closely with the General Manager on priorities and operational needs
  • Participate in quarterly corporate manager meetings
  • Keep leadership informed on team performance and site conditions
