About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team, align efforts with strategic business objectives, and consistently deliver measurable results. This leader will translate broad company priorities into clear plans, build capability across the team, and drive accountability and excellence across functions. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for developing and empowering a diverse team, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. You will set ambitious, achievable goals, establish robust operating rhythms, and design scalable processes that enable the team to operate with speed and quality at scale. You will own resource planning, budgeting, and performance management, ensuring the team delivers on commitments while maintaining a clear line of sight to the business outcomes we are driving. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, data analytics, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts. By translating complex initiatives into actionable plans, you will drive strategic planning and scenario-based forecasting, develop multi-quarter roadmaps, and monitor key performance indicators that demonstrate progress and inform course corrections. You will partner with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities in a compelling and transparent way, ensuring executive and peer alignment at every stage. This role emphasizes leadership and people management. You will coach and develop managers and individual contributors, provide regular feedback, support career growth, and scaffold succession plans to build resilience and future leadership capacity. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by conducting regular performance discussions, defining development plans, and ensuring coverage of critical roles.
  • Establish and manage performance metrics for the team, track progress, provide timely feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives, set priorities, coordinate resources, and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Drive process improvement by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, implementing standardized processes, and measuring impact to reduce cycle time.
  • Govern budgeting and financial planning for the department, forecast resource needs, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts by aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and operations, clarify ownership, and mitigate dependencies.
  • Establish risk management and governance practices, including risk registers, escalation protocols, and contingency planning for programs under management.
  • Coach and empower team members through mentoring, succession planning, and opportunities for growth, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Champion data-driven decision making by implementing reporting dashboards, analyzing outcomes, and adjusting plans based on insights.
