The Senior Manager at EXLService.com, LLC in New York, NY, will spearhead business transformations including advisory, strategy design, delivery roadmap, and business and technical support to facilitate large-scale digital transformation of key business functions. Lead cross-functional teams of consultants and analysts to deliver consulting projects as identified by the transformation office. Report project progress and updated project plans to internal and external stakeholders including Senior client leaders and EXL client partners. Drive program management office deliverables and work closely with stakeholders, process leaders, business owners and executive leadership to identify, document and deliver on key strategic goals, priorities and critical success factors. Partner with clients to advance and improve project delivery using project management best practices and technology tools. Build relationships with key executive clients and stakeholders to ensure continuing growth of existing account. Lead initiatives on delivering practice wide collaterals for services and solutions in the form of White Papers and Case Studies. Manage account P&L and expansion by building annuity-based revenue pipeline. Consult on client digital transformations and document business scenarios for business process in the finance, risk, audit and compliance domain and prepare roadmap for process re-engineering to create target state operating model. Provide advisory support for adopting new digital products and tools in automation, AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and analytics to optimize business process. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting permitted.
