About The Position

As the Senior Manager, Workforce Solutions, you will be at the forefront of sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent. This pivotal role demands an experienced and proactive leader who will play a crucial part in strengthening our expanding workforce through effective contractor and vendor workforce programs and planning. You will be responsible for managing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, developing strategic, data-driven approaches, and ensuring our recruitment processes are efficient and cost effective within our vendor and contractor relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent work experience OR equivalent healthcare HR experience
  • 8+ years of total related experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience with full life cycle corporate recruiting or workforce planning to include networking, sourcing, recruiting, negotiating offers and hiring. Experience includes recruiting for multi-state company.
  • 3+ years experience in workforce planning and allocation, preferably within a talent acquisition or HR operations context.
  • Experience building vendor and contractor management programs aimed at tracking and stewarding success metrics
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation, including strong understanding of healthcare industry and recruitment best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing strong relationships with leaders at all levels
  • Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience tracking, reporting and managing recruiting compliance requirements.
  • Experience leveraging creative sourcing strategies and demonstrated return on investment.
  • Knowledge of talent/recruitment trends.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as iCIMS, social media and other recruitment technologies.
  • Must be computer proficient and possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications related to the business
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Able to analyze data and statistics and draw reasonable conclusions and compile accurate reports.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and tactfully present information to, and communicate with, co-workers, employees, and others.
  • Possess exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, including accurate grammar and business correspondence knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the effectiveness of current methodologies, processes, and tools to optimize contractor and vendor workforce management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the HR team on processes aligned to HR systems, procedures, and reporting regarding workforce management.
  • Identify processes within HR that require change to ensure appropriate governance, compliance, and improvement of business applications and processes.
  • Plan for human resources operational initiatives and establish roles and activities that support the change process.
  • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders and procurement to identify and address organizational development needs, gaps, and opportunities within the workforce management space.
  • In coordination with HR partners, end-users, and HRIS experts, ensure product configuration and implementation of HRIS and ATS is optimized, business processes are efficient, and the contractor and vendor experience is seamless.
  • Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure that HR effectiveness and initiatives are integrated with other HR programs and processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and contractors.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the organization and attract top-tier contractors and vendors.
  • HCSS workforce planning strategy and oversight.
  • Lead, coach, monitor, and develop the workforce management within the organization in an effective and professional manner to successfully execute against defined business objectives and service standards, achieving performance metrics.
  • Perform workforce management responsibilities, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of senior-level contractor and vendor positions within assigned verticals and business units.
  • Provide oversight in developing the framework, templates, and tools aimed at creating efficiencies and simplifying the workforce management process with consistent execution.
  • Build vendor and contractor program that stewards financial resourcing and safeguards for company utilization.
  • Identify training and development needs within the team and provide relevant coaching and training programs to enhance team members’ skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze team member trends and metrics to proactively identify and lead initiatives to meet organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the entire workforce allocation process from open requisition, job posting, to onboarding handoff for all contractors and vendors.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified contractors and vendors for future needs.
  • Ensure a positive contractor and vendor experience throughout the workforce management process.
  • Lead and mentor the workforce management team, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular performance feedback to team members and monitor key metrics to ensure success.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Build relationships across the organization to ensure trust, confidence, and credibility.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to ensure workforce management efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Maintain vendor and contractor relationships, contractors, and ensure proper billing practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business by aligning workforce management strategies with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate reports of all workforce management activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce management metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop solutions for specific organizational and business challenges, align stakeholders to objectives, and plan to implement strategies.
  • Monitor and continually improve the effectiveness of workforce management programs and products to ensure advancement of the organizational strategy and culture through workforce attraction strategies and contractor/vendor experience.
