The Senior Manager, Strategy & Financial Analysis will partner with other Supply Chain teams and cross-functional stakeholders to strategize and deliver client-specific rebate modeling optimization for new sales, market checks and renewals (both standard and custom formularies). These teams include: Sales & Account Management (SAM), Finance, Client Operations, Legal, Rebate Analytics, Formulary Consulting, Negotiations, Underwriting, among others. As a part of this team, the Sr. Mgr. will work with his or her direct reports and leadership to identify and manage milestones related to not only modeling improvements but also overall process improvements in the rebate and Supply Chain areas. As a Sr. Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of advisors / analysts to identify strategic opportunities for clients to optimize their formulary to drive value for both internal and external organizations. This position along with his or her team are recognized internally and trusted as the formulary rebate modeling subject matter experts.
