The Web Merchandising team is a key function in the Direct to Consumer (DTC) organization that collaborates cross-functionally to help Williams Sonoma continue to create an immersive, ecommerce first experience for our consumers. The team drives site merchandising strategy and execution for all categories, collaborating with merchandising to drive site implementation of product and content strategy, consumer experience strategy and optimization as well as with the digital operations team. You will execute the channel product strategy and visual website merchandising strategy for specific product departments and functional areas of website; execute business strategies and website merchandise strategies to maximize sales and profit; and identify opportunities and recommend new concepts for the channel to enhance the brand.
