You will manage the performance and maintenance of advanced warehouse automation systems, including robotics, conveyors, and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS). Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, DEA) and company quality standards. Maintain meticulous records and prepare for audits. You will hire, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
