About The Position

Join Titleist as a Senior Manager, Vendor Management, based in Vietnam, where you'll lead a high-impact team driving excellence from product development through delivery. In this role, you’ll champion standardized processes and reporting to elevate product creation, oversee vendor leaders across global factories, and foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in textile product development, quality control, and production management.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • 5 years of experience with golf gear preferred.
  • Ability to travel within Asia and to the U.S.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks related to lifting and product inspection.
  • Strong technical knowledge of textile quality and manufacturing.
  • Excellent management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; Vietnamese fluency preferred.
  • Proficient in required IT tools and systems.
  • Strong product eye and taste level.

  • Design, engineering, and pattern/CAD making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in team and factory environments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to set priorities and work independently with clear direction.
  • Effective training and mentorship capabilities.
