About The Position

The Senior Manager, Value Creation in OGC Operations at Nike is responsible for leading the Value Creation team to drive strategic and analytical initiatives that enhance decision-making and operational excellence within the Office of the General Counsel. This role requires a strategic mindset to identify value opportunities and ensure data-driven decisions are made to inform strategy and investments. The position involves collaboration across teams, effective communication, and managing business planning processes to deliver insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training; Master's preferred.
  • 10 years of proven experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or business/corporate development.
  • Strong analytical and innovative skills for sound decision-making and problem-solving under tight deadlines.
  • Proven strong financial analysis skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models.
  • Ability to work independently with large amounts of data and deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong presentation skills to influence leaders through logical reasoning and scenario alternatives.
  • Experience in executive-facing communications, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to facilitate and manage work across multiple business partners and develop consensus among leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Value Creation team and collaborate across the OGC to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Create a holistic view of progress against strategic initiatives and operational excellence strategies within the OGC.
  • Coordinate teams and resources to deliver clear insights to various levels of leadership.
  • Manage the annual and recurring business planning processes in collaboration with Global Business Planning (GBP).
  • Assist leadership in identifying value stories and support strategic and business planning processes.
  • Deliver high-quality analytics and connect information across multiple teams to provide concise conclusions to senior leadership.
