About The Position

As a Senior Manager of Valuation Oversight in Asset Management's Treasurers Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the pricing operations of the Fidelity Funds and monitoring operational controls. You will coordinate the activities of third-party service providers, administer daily control functions, and perform market surveillance. You will support Fidelity's various valuation committees including through preparation and review of activity and risk reports, testing of fair value methodologies, coordination of fair value determinations and documentation. You will think and work across Fidelity, partnering with the rest of the Asset Management Treasurer's Office and collaborating with business partners in Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and the various Investment Divisions across the firm.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years industry or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
  • Subject matter knowledge of technical accounting standards and generally accepted valuation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of operational risk management and internal controls, governance, and oversight processes.
  • Advanced, working knowledge of MS Excel.
