At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes for patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. As a Senior UX Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating design as a strategic function, partnering closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to shape experiences that set a new standard for usability and innovation in healthcare. You'll lead high-impact initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure design thinking is embedded at every stage of product development. You'll not only drive next-gen, consumer-grade UX but also empower your team to think beyond execution - developing them into strategic decision-makers who define, rather than just follow best practices.
