What You Will Achieve Reporting to the Senior Director, HCP Team Lead, the Prevnar 20 Adult Senior Manager will play a critical role in Contributing to flawless execution of the HCP/ Field Force strategy and tactics Lead CRM and support other Non-Personal Promotion tactics Support brand in AI evolution This role is a high-visibility and exciting opportunity to join a critical brand for the vaccines portfolio as well as develop key marketing skills including: (1) setting clear marketing objectives and strategies, (2) developing innovative tactics and resources, (3) directing agencies, (4) driving operational excellence, (5) managing budgets, (6) evolving the physician-based Prevnar 20 Adult clinical narrative This team operates in an environment that embraces and encourages innovative ideas and creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork. As the work evolves, priorities change, and needs arise, the individual will need to flex across several content areas to support/drive the work. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires an organized and coachable colleague with operational US Marketing experience (vaccines preferred) and the ability to navigate the organization and get things done. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The Prevnar 20 Adult HCP Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the HCP Team Lead, the HCP Lead, and the Director of Medical Education to drive brand objectives. Effective coordination and communication with other business channels—such as Organized Customer and Retail—will be essential to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies and goals. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work in partnership with HCP Marketing Senior Director, Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee, Vaccine field leaders, the CMO, CoLab, and cross-functional stakeholders to help lead development and deployment of HCP strategies and tactics Support tactical execution of Field Force and Non-Personal/Digital resources to pull through the Prevnar 20 Adult campaign - including identifying gaps, coordinating with the overall brand omnichannel plan, directing agencies, and gaining approval for resources Play a critical role alongside the HCP lead in physician-based message development, iterative testing and refinement for both clinical decision-makers and administrators Working in partnership with the CMO, lead the development and implementation of A.I the Prevnar20 brand. Drive Field Force and omnichannel metrics tracking and reporting to identify areas for optimization and constant improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of HCP marketing experience required
  • Ability to work independently across senior level stakeholders and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalated
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical/planning skills and ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation are essential
  • Solid understanding of today’s US pharmaceutical environment, with emphasis on the importance of following all Regulatory, Legal and Compliance-related guidelines

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Vaccines experience strongly preferred
  • Pervious US HCP marketing experience preferred
  • Experience driving innovative digital strategies, A.I, campaigns and tactics that deliver improved customer experience and results
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Responsibilities
