Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required or related field preferred
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the WFM space
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Currently holding UKG certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing end-to-end planning and implementation of UKG Pro WFM projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
  • Develop project plans and schedules, and track project milestones and deliverables
  • Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation efforts
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
