About The Position

The mission of the Airbnb Global Safety & Security (GSS) team is to ensure the safety and security of Airbnb’s global community through proactive security risk management. Trust is our highest priority. The Senior Manager, Trust Global Partnerships reports directly to the Director, Global Safety and Security, and will lead the Trust Global Partnerships (TGP) team and serve as a strategic, critical thinker for our team and its ability to serve as security consultants for the business. TGP focuses on identifying, developing and leveraging Trust & Safety external expert partnerships in furtherance of Airbnb priorities. Through partnerships, TGP supports efforts across Airbnb to create sound policy and products for our stakeholders, peace of mind for our community, increased capacity to act proactively and grow impact in trust and safety.
