About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury, you will provide analytical support, modeling and presentations related to Treasury and Capital Structure activities. You will provide support managing Rating Agencies and Bank Relationships. You will interact with the CFO, Finance/Accounting, Tax, Legal and International Operations. It will also work with Business Planning supporting monthly and quarterly presentation requirements to Executive Management and the Board of Directors. You will have direct supervisory responsibility for 1-2 team members. You will have the dual responsibility of delivering the results committed to by his/her own function, and supporting projects being led by global function. This position is hybrid remote (4-6Xs per month in our West Chester, PA office).

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in a corporate treasury function.
• 8+ years experience managing relationships with rating agencies.
• 8+ years of experience utilizing knowledge of corporate debt and equity.
• 8+ years experience partnering with corporate board members on financial health of a public corporation.
• 5+ years experience with people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate Bank relationship and Rating Agency management across QVC Group.
• Conduct Capital Structure analysis.
• Monitor and report monthly Debt valuation/pricing requirements with accounting.
• Manage global financial risk including FX activity, interest rate or currency hedging.
• Prepare Treasury/Capital Structure-related presentations for Executive Management, Board of Directors, Rating Agencies, and Banks.
• Handle daily Treasury related transactional requirements.
