We are currently seeking a Senior Manager -Transformation, Strategy, EA & Process to join our team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). The Senior Manager will lead strategy through execution programs, owning value discovery, process redesign, enterprise architecture, and operating model change across core functions. The candidate must have functional process experience in at least one of the following key functional areas: Lead-to-Order (L2O), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Experience in M&A integrations and separations is desirable but not required.

Requirements

• 10+ years total experience in consulting or industry.
• 5+ years leading large, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Deep process expertise in one or more: L2O, O2C, P2P.
• Proven track record in value mapping, future-state process & architecture design, and business strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Executive presence with excellent facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in M&A integrations and separations.

Responsibilities

• Own client outcomes: Serve as engagement lead from vision to measurable value realization.
• Be the process expert in at least one of functional processes of L2O, O2C, or P2P; map current to future state, define controls/KPIs.
• Run C-suite/VP workshops; build business cases.
• Define roles, governance, RACI for operating model design.
• Create business capability maps, value streams, and target-state architectures aligned to strategy.
• Define reference architectures and standards for application, data, integration, analytics.
• Translate strategy into platform roadmaps and integration patterns.
• Apply Design Thinking and service blueprints to orchestrate process design workshops.
• Stand up/run a Transformation Office; manage risks and cross-functional teams.
