Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Manager – Messaging, Training, and Q&A to serve as an individual contributor across EverPass’s sales organization. This role is responsible for enabling teams that sell premium sports rights and streaming solutions into hospitality venues. This is a highly visible role that works directly with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product, and Marketing, ensuring sellers can clearly articulate EverPass’s value across legal compliance, sports rights, technology, and revenue impact for venues. The ideal candidate has ~5+ years of experience in sales training or enablement, thrives in fast-growth environments, and understands how to train sellers on complex, consultative sales involving sports content, technology, and business risk mitigation.
