About The Position

The Senior Manager of Total Rewards will play a crucial role in a prominent financial services organization, focusing on building and managing Total Rewards procedures. This position involves leading merit and bonus planning processes, generating analytical reports to support management decisions, and administering employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, primarily in Total Rewards and/or HRIS capacity.
  • Experience building out benefits, compensation, and HRIS practices required.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.

  • Experience in finance or technology industry within a high-growth organization preferred.
