Position Summary: As part of our global HR transformation and implementation of our first global HRIS, we are building the foundational infrastructure for our Total Rewards function. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will architect and operationalize this function to support a growing, international organization. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will design, implement, and oversee global compensation, payroll, benefits, leave management, and compliance programs while establishing the systems, governance, and controls required for scale. As the owner of our HR technology ecosystem and total rewards operations, you will lead HRIS implementation and optimization, oversee U.S. payroll operations, administer competitive benefits programs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Partnering closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT, you will align programs with business objectives while driving rigor, structure, and long-term sustainability.
