This role is crucial in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent by ensuring our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our overall business objectives. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of all compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
