About The Position

The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for administering compensation, benefit, and recognition programs, policies, and procedures. He/she will become an integral part of planning, developing and implementing new and revised programs, policies and procedures that align with competitive practices & corporate goals. Reporting to the Vice President - People, this position will manage the day-to-day activities of the Total Rewards function to support the overall People strategy and investment.

Requirements

  • College degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of in-depth, hands-on development and administration experience supporting corporate Total Rewards programs
  • Deep knowledge of FLSA, HIPAA, DOL Regulations, EEOC Regulations and other Human Resources regulations
  • Demonstrable experience with external market analysis and thorough understanding of market data interpretations
  • A strong understanding of monitoring and measuring program effectiveness
  • Exceptional mathematical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Required: Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Compensation Survey (completion and analyzing), Workday

Responsibilities

  • Provides expertise and research to help design new and revised Total Reward programs, while staying abreast of trends in the relevant marketplace
  • Provides expert guidance on compensation programs, including minimum wage, field-based compensation programs, incentive programs, equity programs and executive compensation
  • Provides expert guidance on benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and other ancillary benefits
  • Provides expert guidance on recognition programs, including award programs, incentive trip programs, peer-to-peer recognition, and other formal and informal programs
  • Develops policy & procedures documentation and communications to support new and/or revised programs
  • Performs routine audits to analyze data and ensure compliance
  • Completes other projects and duties as required
