About the position

The Senior Manager of Total Rewards (Americas) will support the Vice President of Executive Compensation, Equity, and Total Rewards (Americas) in the design and implementation of reward strategies and practices in the Americas region. In this critical role, you will implement and manage the administration of our competitive compensation and benefits programs in the Americas regions to help attract, motivate, and retain talent for the Americas geography, as well as support the design of these programs for the geography.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing salary and benefits market and internal data.
  • Participate in industry surveys and share insights with senior team members.
  • Evaluate job for leveling and benchmarking.
  • Prepare compensation recommendations, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the geography benefits team in analyzing the competitiveness of benefits offered.
  • Collaborate with the Global Reward team on the annual compensation cycle, such as merit increases, bonuses, and equity grants.
  • Help evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs for the geography.
  • Collaborate with the Global Rewards team to develop monthly/quarterly dashboards and analysis.
  • Manage the development and distribution of Rewards communications to employees for the geography.
  • Work closely with HR leaders and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) teams on compensation-related recommendations and feedback on reward programs and processes.
  • Partner with the Global Rewards and Finance teams on budgeting and accruals for rewards programs.
  • Assist in management of compliance matters related to compensation and benefit for the region.
  • Track and support initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), pay equity, and gender pay analysis.
  • Manage data processes required by internal and external sources, resolve data errors, and partner with HR shared services as needed.
  • Prepare reports and analysis of compensation data.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and management to review findings and recommendations.
  • Partner with other HR team members/leaders to investigate and resolve escalated employee issues related to compensation.

Requirements

  • At least 3-7 years of experience in U.S. compensation; experience with non-U.S. compensation is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to U.S. benefits or other total rewards components is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with compensation management tools and HRIS systems preferred.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market pricing.
  • Well-developed communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
