About The Position

The Senior Manager, Threat Intelligence Analyst leads the development and execution of the organization’s global threat intelligence program. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating actionable intelligence to inform security operations, executive leadership, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cyber threat analysis, geopolitical risk, and proactive intelligence methodologies to drive threat-informed decision-making across the enterprise. NXP is a global player in the Semiconductor industry, and information security is an essential and integral part of our business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity analysis, or related fields
  • Demonstrated expertise in cyber threat actor tracking, geopolitical threat analysis, or nation-state threats
  • Experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs), SIEMs, analytic tradecraft and common frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, Kill Chain)
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex threats into executive-ready insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, or a related discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree and/or industry certifications (GCTI, GREM, CISSP, GIAC, etc.)
  • Experience leading a global threat intelligence function or team
  • Familiarity with intelligence lifecycle and structured analytic techniques
  • Prior experience in government intelligence, military cyber units, or major critical infrastructure sectors

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mature the organization’s threat intelligence capability, aligning with business risk priorities and evolving threat landscapes.
  • Oversee the collection, enrichment, and analysis of open-source, commercial, and proprietary threat intelligence.
  • Develop strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence products for executive stakeholders, SOC teams, and global security functions.
  • Manage threat actor profiling, TTP tracking, and sector-specific threat trend analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with across information and physical security teams: red team, blue team, vulnerability management, and incident response groups.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Communications) and external partners (ISACs, government agencies, intelligence vendors).
  • Contribute to incident detection and response through threat intelligence correlation and indicators of compromise (IOC) development.
  • Lead briefings and reporting on emerging threats, including leadership and board-level presentations
  • Develop metrics to evaluate threat intelligence effectiveness and inform continuous improvement and training.
  • Support cyber resilience plans for critical OT and R&D infrastructure.
