About The Position

This position involves leading daily operations across 3rd Party Domestic Replenishment and Hot Market/Event Manufacturing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all product flows. The role requires managing and developing a team of managers and specialists, fostering accountability, efficiency, and professional growth. The successful candidate will build, onboard, and evaluate vendor partnerships, ensuring capacity, quality, cost, and speed while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships. Additionally, the candidate will strengthen systems, reporting, and workflows that support both steady-state replenishment and high-pressure hot market execution, identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and establish best practices that enhance overall team and vendor performance. Travel to key markets and facilities to oversee on-the-ground operations, resolve issues in real time, and ensure seamless execution and partner accountability is also required.
