About The Position

Bilt is building something unique at the intersection of fintech and lifestyle. The Bilt Collection is how that comes to life in the physical world, whether through a limited run of custom apparel, a curated set of home essentials, or a product collaboration with one of our brand partners. This role sits on the Brand team and is responsible for managing how Bilt shows up as a product brand in members' everyday lives, from the clothes they wear to the objects in their homes. We are looking for a Senior Manager who is equal parts brand curator and operations owner, someone who can shepherd a product from concept to doorstep while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality and identity Bilt stands for.

Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in merchandise operations, e-commerce, supply chain, or a closely related field, ideally with exposure to both DTC and branded product environments
  • Hands-on experience with a CMS platform, comfortable managing product listings, imagery, and content workflows end to end
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously, including both production/sourcing and 3PL/fulfillment partners
  • Collaborator who enjoys working alongside creative and product teams and knows how to brief, source, and move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Strong systems thinker who is energized by building processes where none exist, with experience in standing up inventory management workflows, vendor integrations, or fulfillment operations
  • Comfort operating at low production volumes with a quality-first approach
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management instincts and the ability to manage a complex quarterly launch calendar

  • Familiarity with loyalty or points redemption mechanics or fintech adjacent consumer products is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Inventory, Shipping and Fulfillment Operations
  • Build and maintain robust inventory tracking systems across all SKUs and collections, accounting for varying quantities from bespoke 100 unit runs to higher volume basics
  • Own the end to end fulfillment flow for member facing orders, from warehouse intake through last mile delivery, ensuring a premium unboxing experience
  • Manage shipping logistics and carrier relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for shipping related customer service inquiries in coordination with the broader member experience team
  • Develop and monitor KPIs across fulfillment SLAs, inventory accuracy, and order quality
  • Vendor Management
  • Own the operational lifecycle of all Bilt Collection workstreams across apparel, home goods, and partner capsules
  • Manage vendor relationships across production and fulfillment partners, negotiating terms, managing lead times, and holding partners to quality standards
  • Source and onboard new vendors as the collection expands, with a strong eye for quality, cost, and reliability at low production quantities
  • CMS and Digital Merchandising
  • Own the CMS workflow for all collection product listings, managing product uploads, imagery, descriptions, pricing, and availability across the in app store experience
  • Ensure the member facing product experience is accurate, on brand, and updated in sync with each collection launch or partner capsule drop
  • Coordinate with Bilt's product and engineering teams to maintain seamless purchase flows, including Bilt Points and Bilt Credits redemption, order confirmations, and integration with vendor fulfillment partners
  • Systems, Automation and Tech
  • Implement and continuously improve the operational tech stack, including inventory management systems, order management tooling, and vendor integrations
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities across order confirmations, inventory alerts, and fulfillment workflows
  • Creative and Content Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Brand team and in house creative teams to operationalize new collection drops on a quarterly cadence, translating creative briefs into production timelines and logistics plans
  • Partner with creative to source inspiration, imagery, and content for collection launches, including mood boards, product photography direction, and copy that bring each drop to life in the app and the real world alike
  • Collaborate with brand partners on capsule production logistics, including coordinating partner produced assets and inbound shipping to Bilt's warehouse
  • Cross Functional Partnership and Spend Management
  • Serve as the Brand team's primary liaison to product, engineering, events, and finance on all things Collection related
  • Partner with the Events team to coordinate swag, gifting, and branded materials for activations and Rent Day campaigns
  • Coordinate with Finance to track spend across collections and surface cost optimization opportunities
  • Maintain quality control procedures and standards across all branded merchandise and gifting operations
