About The Position

The Senior Manager, Technical Solutions is a pivotal role that will lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions for various platforms, including Commercial, Strategy, HR, Legal, and IT. This involves owning the end-to-end technical design, implementation, and operation to create seamless, integrated, scalable, compliant, secure, automated, and adaptable solutions while building and leading a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. The role includes translating business requirements into appropriate architecture that balances speed to market, flexibility, integrity, and cost, while ensuring that applications and data are effectively integrated into the broader technology ecosystem. Serving as a resident expert in web, SaaS, and collaboration technologies, the Senior Manager will perform design, code, and configuration reviews to ensure technical and functional acceptance. The Senior Manager, Technical Solutions will manage the complete lifecycle of portfolio applications from inception to retirement, shaping and executing the technology landscape strategy for multiple concurrent DIT projects within Commercial and Corporate systems. Collaboration and vendor management are key components of this role. The Senior Manager will actively manage vendors, holding them accountable to expected service levels, and continually seek areas for improvement to drive excellence in the end-user experience. Establishing effective working relationships with internal DIT teams, vendors, service providers, and global operational teams is essential to achieve established goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive Digital IT and hands-on technology experience including architecture, design, development, test strategy and implementation of SaaS technology platforms and Microsoft collaboration tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing technical IT teams.
  • Deep knowledge of information systems, architecture, application development, system integration.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in administration, design, configuration and development in Microsoft technologies including Azure, Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Deep knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java and ASP.net.
  • Hands-on experience in integrating data and processes across systems using ETL, APIs, web services and native connectors.
  • Expert knowledge in full lifecycle management of business applications utilizing ITIL best practices.
  • Experience in working with teams in multi-geographies in Agile/Scrum setting with productivity tools like Jira, confluence.
  • Good exposure in managing Automated build process and continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) processes.
