Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Technology Product Management supporting Patient Experience. This position's primary location will be Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA with occasional domestic travel primarily in the NJ, PA area. The position will partner closely with our Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization to deliver our J&J withMe Ecosystem. The role will enable vision definition and delivery of solutions for patient service experiences across therapeutic areas. This role will engage across multiple functions to deliver a vision for next generation services. As a strategic partner, you will bridge business goals with technology implementation, ensuring every product decision is anchored in patient needs and delivers measurable improvements in their experience.
