As the Senior Manager, Talent Programs, you will lead the strategy, launch, and implementation of new innovative talent initiatives and experiences designed to engage Walmart and Sam's Club frontline field associates in early career opportunities. Our goal is to significantly increase the number of frontline field associates participating in early career programs, achieving substantial growth year over year. In this role, you will be a key member of our Internal Talent Pipelines team, collaborating closely with our traditional Early Career team. You will also partner with learning & development leads, people partners, and business teams to understand how talent moves into full-time roles. The Senior Manager, Talent Programs will excel at navigating a large, matrixed organization, driving clarity around program requirements, and achieving successful outcomes with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
