We are seeking an experienced implementer of human resource (HR) technologies to partner with the Digital & Analytics leader and collaborate with other Talent Innovation and Solutions (TIS) and Deloitte Technology (DT) teams to oversee existing and implement new software as a service (SAAS) platforms that powers our commitment to becoming a skills-based organization. This role will partner with both technical and business stakeholders to manage requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with Deloitte's existing talent and HR systems. The ideal candidate will drive alignment across project teams, oversee data migration and quality assurance, and will support continuous improvement in our skills technology ecosystem. This position is pivotal in enabling Deloitte's talent strategy, empowering our people to develop, deploy, and grow based on their skills and aspirations.
