As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in managing our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership and leading our Early in Career program. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless hiring processes, strengthening university partnerships, and developing a world-class internship experience.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including managing RPO relationships and/or university programs.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and early-career talent programs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technology, including ATS and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, report insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Performance - Oversee and track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Drive Collaboration - Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (HR, hiring managers) and the RPO provider, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Resolve Challenges - Act as an escalation point for recruitment issues, bottlenecks, or process improvements.
  • Ensure Compliance - Monitor adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and data security requirements.
  • Champion Change - Advocate for the RPO model, driving engagement and adoption across the organization.
  • Strengthen University Partnerships - Build and maintain relationships with key universities to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Enhance the Internship Experience - Develop structured internship programs that provide real-world experience, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
  • Attract Emerging Talent - Partner with universities and student organizations to drive employer branding and campus engagement.
  • Measure Success - Track program outcomes, retention rates, and participant feedback to continuously improve the program.
  • Embrace New Technologies - Partner with the RPO provider to explore AI, automation, and other tools that enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Analyze & Adapt - Continuously assess talent acquisition strategies to align with business needs and market trends.
  • Recognize Success - Highlight achievements and milestones to reinforce the impact of the RPO and Early in Career programs.
