We’re looking for a progressive head of recruiting to lead and evolve our recruiting function. This role oversees a team of recruiters and will own the strategy, systems, and execution of hiring across the company. We are looking for someone who is excited to design world-class interviewing infrastructure, elevate hiring quality, modernize recruiting operations, and embed AI deeply into how we attract and assess talent. You’ll balance hands-on leadership with systems thinking, ensuring our recruiting engine is thoughtful, data-driven, and AI-enabled. This fully remote role reports to the VP, People, and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
