The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, based in London, will lead and professionalise recruitment across STACK EMEA, ensuring hiring is governed, commercially disciplined, and aligned with workforce planning priorities. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will act as the central point of control for all recruitment activity, combining strategic workforce planning with hands-on delivery. You will optimise Greenhouse ATS operations, provide actionable workforce insights, support managers in building hiring capability, and manage external recruitment partners. This office-based role requires a minimum of three days per week in London and offers a rare opportunity to shape the TA function and progress into senior leadership.
