Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will guide a high-performing team of recruiters. Your strategic role will extend past routine recruiting to include regional workforce planning, executive hiring, and capacity building. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience with 12+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience managing high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building and accomplishing regional or functional talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior collaborators.
  • Proven track record of improving recruiting outcomes through data-driven decision making.
  • Deep knowledge of executive search methodology, talent mapping, and succession-aligned hiring.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and advanced sourcing technologies (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and carry out the recruitment strategy for the Americas region, aligning hiring plans with business growth, organizational build, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and strategic hiring recommendations.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and proactively build pipelines for future capability gaps.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a group of recruiters, encouraging a culture of accountability, inclusion, innovation, and high performance.
  • Drive recruiter capability in executive search, sourcing strategy, market mapping, and consultative partnership.
  • Establish performance standards, hiring benchmarks, and continuous improvement practices across the team.
  • Optimize workload allocation, hiring prioritization, and resource planning across the Americas.
  • Personally lead sophisticated, confidential, and executive-level searches (VP+), ensuring outstanding collaborator and candidate experience.
  • Improve executive hiring processes, encompassing assessment rigor, succession alignment, and diversity outcomes.
  • Implement structured interview frameworks and talent evaluation guidelines to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems, and service delivery models.
  • Use AI-powered recruiting platforms, market analytics, and sourcing technologies to improve speed, quality, and diversity outcomes.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity representation, pipeline health) and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Find opportunities to scale processes and improve efficiency across the Americas region.
  • Partner with internal collaborators to strengthen Aristocrat’s employment brand across the Americas.
  • Lead regional talent attraction initiatives, executive branding strategies, and proactive market engagement.
  • Provide strategic oversight of alumni engagement, rehire campaigns, and targeted talent communities.
  • Support Diversity & Inclusion objectives by embedding inclusive hiring practices and growing diverse leadership pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Global TA leadership to ensure regional alignment with enterprise standards and programs.
  • Act as a key contributor to global TA initiatives, pilots, and transformation projects.
  • Represent the Americas region in broader talent strategy discussions and enterprise workforce planning dialogues.
