About The Position

As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will serve as an ambassador and role-model of Our Culture-in-Action and Basic Beliefs. You will lead the growth of our talent by overseeing the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles across the organization. Your role will involve coaching a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals to deliver a high-quality, inclusive experience to all candidates, while maintaining strong relationships with our business leaders. You will establish strategy and lead efforts alongside HR colleagues, partners, and leaders to drive transformation across our recruiting model and practices. This position reports to the VP, Talent and is part of the extended HR leadership team. The location is in Orrville, OH, with hybrid work arrangements requiring 30% or more in-office presence as business needs require.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in a progressive environment.
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-facing, client-service oriented role.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop metrics and analyze data.
  • Strong business acumen to translate company goals into actionable objectives for Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers.

  • Experience with or working knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module.

Responsibilities

  • Engage, develop, and lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Develop innovative candidate sourcing strategies to produce sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Oversee all facets of filling open positions with strong, well-qualified talent.
  • Monitor and adapt resource allocation to meet staffing needs through metrics and reporting.
  • Ensure effective execution of the full cycle recruitment process.
  • Set talent acquisition strategy in partnership with business leaders.
  • Provide thought leadership on tactics, solutions, and processes for execution of strategy.
  • Maintain knowledge on current trends in Talent Acquisition and HR Technology.
  • Manage logistical aspects of the hiring process while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams on legal and compliance-related items in recruiting.
