As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - United States, you will be a critical leader within our global Talent Acquisition team. You will be based in the US, responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a team of experienced recruiters focused on attracting top talent across the United States. You will partner closely with People Partners to strategically manage requisition loads aligned with our headcount plan, coach and guide hiring managers, advise on effective talent acquisition strategies, and execute quickly while adeptly prioritizing in a dynamic environment. You will also collaborate closely with our Global Talent Enablement team to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
