About The Position

Renuity is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Field) to lead high-volume recruiting across our West Division. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proven field recruiting leader who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. You’ll serve as the primary talent acquisition partner to divisional leadership—owning strategy, execution, and results across sales, canvassing, call center, and installation hiring. While embedded within the business, this role sits within Renuity’s centralized Talent Acquisition organization, ensuring consistency, strong analytics, and shared best practices across markets. This role is hybrid and based in the Dallas, TX area, with regular in-market engagement and up to 25% travel.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading high-volume or field recruiting teams
  • Proven success scaling recruiting in fast-growth, field-based or decentralized environments
  • Strong business partnership skills with operations-driven leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% across assigned markets

Responsibilities

  • Lead Field Talent Strategy
  • Own and execute divisional recruiting strategy aligned to growth plans, labor forecasts, and seasonal demand
  • Partner closely with operations, sales, and installation leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive workforce plans
  • Serve as the senior TA leader for the West Division while maintaining alignment to enterprise TA standards
  • Build & Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, driving accountability to hiring velocity, quality, and candidate experience
  • Provide ongoing performance coaching, career development, and capability building
  • Champion inclusive, efficient, and candidate-centric recruiting practices
  • Drive Sourcing & Employer Brand
  • Build sustainable pipelines for high-volume field roles including design consultants, call center agents, installers, and production teams
  • Deploy market-specific sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, referrals, grassroots outreach, trade schools, and local partnerships
  • Partner with TA Operations and Marketing to launch sourcing campaigns, optimize outreach, and measure channel ROI
  • Own Performance, Data & Insights
  • Track and improve recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source performance, and candidate experience
  • Leverage ASHBY ATS and TA analytics tools to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable reporting
  • Analyze hiring and attrition trends to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements
  • Present insights and performance updates to TA leadership, HRBPs, and divisional executives
