You will play a pivotal role in designing evidence-based assessments, validating AI models for skill inference, and embedding fairness and rigor into how we assess potential across the employee lifecycle. The Senior Manager Specialized Human Resources develops effective policies and programs in a specialized Human Resources unit and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise.
